From the very first moment, we believed that we wanted to create a place and products that were based on carefully selected ingredients, attention, professional standards, and human presence.
We have shaped, developed, and built a lot in recent years, but our approach has not changed: we only release products that we ourselves would sincerely offer with a good heart.

Commitment
The first chapter of our story is connected to the names of Dóri and Laci, who turned their love for coffee into reality by creating the Kútház Újhullámos Kávékortyoló in Gödöllő. Dani joined them as a tourism specialist and Fanni, who leads the confectionery area.
The past years have brought a lot of transformation and development. We have learned from every change, and with every step we have come closer to what DÓZIS means to us today: a consciously built, quality-focused workshop, where professionalism and heart are equally present.
Continuous development and commitment to quality led us to take over the bakery and café of Grumpy Monkey Kft. in Budapest in July 2023.
It means a lot to us to work with people who can identify with what we represent, both personally and professionally. We believe that the best products are created where knowledge, attention, and dedication are present at the same time.

Quality
We work in a manufacturing environment, not on a production line. Making our products takes time, attention, and patience. We cultivate our sourdough with love, rest our puff pastry, and respect the processes necessary to achieve outstanding results.
Our products are not made in a hurry.
The long maturation and resting processes require more time, but this is exactly what makes the end result richer, more layered, and more memorable.
If consistent quality, carefully crafted products, and a discerning approach are important to you, we are happy to work with you. We are constantly expanding our partner network.
We don't compromise. Both our confectionery and bakery products are made with 82% butter. We believe that truly good taste comes from pure ingredients.
